Need to hire WP designer / tutor

I am wanting to start an e-commerce website and I would like to manage it using wordpress. The problem is I am a newbie to WP and web design and need help getting my site up and running and looking like I want it. I’m wanting to hire someone to do the initial setup and then teach me how to manage it so I can add new products, process payments, etc. on my own. I have a purchased a membership to elegantthemes.com so there are some themes on there I could use, I just don’t know how to tailor it to my liking/needs. My site would be clean and simple, nothing too complicated.
