Need to improve customer care

I’m leaving a 3-star review for two main reasons.
- The developers appear to be completely ignoring all of the posts on the support forum here on www.ads-software.com (and judging by the above reviews, the same holds true for the paid version).
- Their page for the Pro version does not make it clear enough that you are buying an annual subscription. You are not buying the product outright.
- The topic ‘Need to improve customer care’ is closed to new replies.
