    How do I include the Organizer name “Upcoming events (list)” shortcode? Right now I see the Date, Event Title, Category and Featured Image but I need to also show the Organizer. I can’t believe this is not a simple on/off option. I saw the post at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/show-organizer-on-calendar-view/ but that does not seem like a reasonable solution since it will be overwritten with each plugin update.
    On that page, there is a link to another support page but I don’t see a solution on that page. Thanks!

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I’m also encountering this issue…all was working fine Friday afternoon when I created more than 70 events for the next 5 months. I ran the update over the weekend, and now the Organizer and left panel options don’t display – just a white area where they should be appearing.

    One example of how they all display: https://lgbtqplushealth.org/events/nyt-1619-podcast-episode-4-3/

    Thank you!

    Hi all,

    @russsd,
    You need to customization shortcode, it’s not easy for everyone to do this, we recommend using our services: https://webnus.net/services

    @mightysparkdesign
    Please make sure use MEC sidebar: https://webnus.net/dox/modern-events-calendar/single-events-sidebar/

    Hi Webnus,

    I’m happy to do that, but leads to the question: I hadn’t had to use the MEC Sidebar when I originally created the events and that left side content displayed (for several days), so what changed that made the content disappear and this extra step is now required?

    Thanks,
    Sara

    Hi @mightysparkdesign,

    We fix some issue on the sidebar,
    If you haven’t already set it up(it was appearing as the default), it would have been disappearing and you need to set it again.

    Best Regards

    Just want to echo russsd that having the ability to show the organizer as a default option on calendars would be highly appreciated.

    @russsd — you’ll probably be amused to know that I am still manually adding the line of code back in to display organizers (which you referenced in the thread I started last year) after every update.

    Hi @hastibe,

    We would forward it to the developer team to be checked and if possible to be added in the next updates.

    @hastibe – FYI – Webnus support is going to create a custom plugin that will allow me to display the Organizer in my List View. I agree that it would be good to have this included in the MEV plugin but I appreciate having the option to have them create a custom plugin to meet my needs and the cost is reasonable.
