Need to Link Users to their admin Dashboard ( im running blog network)

Okay I searched hi and low and seen many things. This is what I need to do.

When users are on my MAIN SITE https://www.ABC.com I need them to get to their own DASHBOARD-I remove the MY SITE default link because I dint want them to have access into https://www.ABC.com/admin

I want to create a link called “GOTO MY DASHBOARD”

When the user clicks on the link it will take them to

https://www.ABC.com/The_current_Users_username_here/wp-admin

AND NOT

https://www.ABC.com/admin

NOTE: the place im entering the URL cannot accept php
So is there another route I can take to get this done.
