Need to locate .page-header in php files

Hi,

I’ve tried many ties, but I can’t locate the file that contains the page title to my main page. I would like to change the text.

This is a custom made theme and the ‘Submit’ page is the main page, but not editable within the admin WP pages.

I can view the source in Chrome, but need help locating it within my files.

Any help would be great, thanks!
