“Need to login” shows when it shouldn’t

    Hi. Just recently the message “You need to login to view this content. Please Login. Not a Member? Join Us” started showing up on a page where it should not. It’s about 1/2 way down the page in the left column. I’d appreciate help figuring this out.

    Hi, I am not able to reproduce this issue in my end.

    Can you enable – SM Custom Messages addon. Then check to see if you have added any customization especially in the following field Restricted Post (Not Logged-in)?

    Hi. The only Custom Message is text in the Registration Successful field. Restricted Post (Not Logged-in) is empty.

    Unfortunately I don’t know the toolset view shortcode. We have the following addon to list the members in a site.

    Unfortunately, no. Toolset told us to talk to you, but I think there are some other issues with their plugin. Your responses here have been great, so I have confidence in SM. Looks like it’s time to rethink which plugins we use to handle various features.
