Need to make a check-box order form

  • Hey there everyone,

    Not new to WP, but new to the community. So hi! ??

    The problem I’m facing right now is this – I have a client who wants me to make an order form that his customers can go in, and check off the items they want, and put the quantity in beside. Once completed they hit submit, and it is emailed to his email.

    I’ve dabbled with a few form creator plugins, and I can’t seem to find the right fit.

    Anyone else ever deal with this? If so recommendations on how to make it happen?

  • After going through the same gambit you are in, I found and use GravityForms. You need a commercial license for the full use, but IMHO, it is well worth it. It will do all you want and much more.

    Thanks, I dabbled with the idea of using gravity, but did not want to spend the money until I knew for sure it would do what I want.
