Need to make a couple changes

I’m quite new with wordpress and i am stuck at some point. I hope somebody can help me with this?

I can’t change these problems in the customizer.

1. I see my menu items in my footer and want it to delete and not show in the footer.
2. I want to change the text “Powered by wordpress” to my own text

2:
1. I want the text “Menu” beside the Menu button in mobile version
2. I want to delete the search button(icon)
