• Hi everyone,

I setup a Salesforce integration with a form on a client’s website several months ago. Things had been working fine. My client just told me today that form entries have not been going to Salesforce for over a month now (I guess they don’t check it very often).

When I logged in to my WP admin area, I noticed the feed I had setup was gone. I’m not sure what happened.

Regardless, I re-established a connection with Salesforce and have things working again. However, I need to manually send all the entries from this past month that were not sent to Salesforce originally. I don’t see where I can do this. Please can someone describe how?

(I’m using Web to Lead method)

    Thanks,

I remembered now that I needed to use the API and not Web to Lead, and that gave me the options to manually send entries.

I’m still puzzled why Gravity Forms lost its connection with Salesforce to begin with. I doubt my client touched it and I know I didn’t. Would an auto-update to plugin(s) do something like this?

I think I have the same problem

Everything seems fine, but nothing goes directly to Salesforce.

If I click “Send to Salesforce” from the entries section, it appears immediately…..
