Need to move database info in advanced custom fields to live site from test serv

I used this plugin on a test server and now I need to move the contents over to a live site ( especially what’s included in the database so I don’t have to re- enter everything again). What are the names of the fields corresponding to this plugin in the database? Which database table corresponds to this plugin?https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/
