    Hello @jrbartlettjr,

Most likely, your site uses a caching plugin, and some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly. It causes some incorrect filtering.
    Please do the following:
    1) WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)” —> Save Changes.
    2) Set the cache refresh time to no more than 24 hours and clear the cache.

    Did it help you?

We made the first change. Setting cache expiration at 24 hours is a major change and could have unexpected effects on the speed plugin. Is this necessary? What has happened when others made this change?

    Hello @jrbartlettjr,

Setting the cache to 24 hours does not cause unexpected effects. On the contrary, this value is recommended for everyone. When you do this, please enable our plugin and let us know so we can test your form.

    Please, keep us informed.

ok to clarify, our hosting co provides server-based cache settings that are on and off. No controls to edit expiration time. We use a server-based speed boost program that has default setting of 30 days cache expiration. Is this the setting you are advising me to change to 24 hours?

Note: the default setting at our hosting platform is 10 minutes. We can change the setting on the speed boost program to 24 hours.

    Hello @jrbartlettjr,

We recommend setting any cache’s lifetime to 24 hours or less. If your cache’s lifetime is 10 minutes, you can keep that value.
