Need to refresh page for page to be accessible after login

  • After I log in, page that is protected still says Sorry you have to be logged in to view this page! I have go refresh the page to then be able to access it. Is there a reason for this behavior? Is there a way I can fix this?

  • Hi Mrdanmrdan, try Set : Hide Complete Pages? to NO in the section of Set up the behaviour of locked pages.

    Did you create different pages for your login and account page?

    It could be due a cache issue. Are you using any cache plugin? Since the page works correctly when you refresh it I would say that a cache plugin is causing the issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your quick reply.

    I do have separate pages for login and account.

    I don’t have a cache plugin. I would agree that it appears to be a cache issue since refreshing the browser fixes it, but I can’t find anything creating a cache.

    It happens to all other users as well on other computers, so it is a systemic problem.

    Any other thoughts or ideas would be welcome to solve this problem!
