Need to send 'Failed' orders to Shipworks

Hello,
Our company is an dire need of a way to send ‘Failed’ orders into Shipworks.
Currently the plugin is only sending ‘Completed’ orders.
Is this possible with your plugin? Or is it possible to recode/hack the plugin to make this work?
Please let us know ASAP!
