Need to show score on a this or that individual page

I love seeing the battle rating, wins and losses next to each item in the leaderboard but how can I show an individual items battle rating and wins and losses on it’s own post. Such as here… https://cigarwars.net/this-or-that/padron-1926-serie-natural/
