Need to use with Front end without short code

  • Dear, Sir
    I want to use Post Creation Limits to apply on frontend form that can limit on normal user. My form is not plugin, I create by myself with the them, so i do not have sort code of form. If I use Short code of Post creation limits in php file, it will be not work, it show all short code that i write, How can I do with my form?

    Please help as soon as possible.
