Need Urgent HELP! Internal Server Error. Was my mistake.

    Hi all,

    I did a big mistake and now I am in troubles.
    I wanted to update WP to last version.
    I’ve clicked on the link to do it… then I read better to update before.
    So I clicked on the other link a few seconds after.
    Then everything stopped. I closed the browser.
    Now the blog is working, but if I try to go to admin page I receive a message Internal server error.

    What can I do to solve it WITHOUT loosing the content of the blog?
    The theme, the plugins, the widgets, the pages articles… All that I do not have back copy.

    sorry, for the mistake. I wanted to say I clicked on the link to do a backup of the content and then stopped and never worked again.

    I don’t want to loose everything. What i have to do?
