Need wallet and transactions in wc vendor dashboard

    We have a site based on word press which is a marketplace where there are three roles Buyer, Vendor and Admin.

    The flow we seek is Buyer purchases the product and the amount remains in escrow and once customer is fine with purchase they give OK and admin releases the funds to vendors after taking admin’s fee.

    We need to implement the wallet and everything else into our dashboards, for e.g
    Buyer: Wallet should be there for accepting refunds as we want our customers to use it back on the site
    Admin: Should be able to manage the funds and processes from the websites dashboard
    Vendor: For this we use WC Vendor as plugin and we want that the vendor to see the wallet in his dashboard and should be able to withdraw and add bank account details from their website dashboard only.
    NOTE: The point is we don’t want our user to go to anywhere else i.e. leaving the website.

    We wish to use mango pay’s plugin kindly provide relevant details.

    Hi,

    You can do so, here is the buying process:
    – An order is placed
    – Each vendor marks each product as dispatched
    – Once all the vendors have dispatched the items, you mark the order as completed (this transfers the funds from the buyer’s wallet to the vendors’ wallets)
    – When you wish, you can dispatch funds from the vendors’ wallets to their bank account (you can either add a bank account for them manually from their user profile page, or they can from their vendor settings page)
    At the moment, only the admin of the platform can dispatch the funds.

    Hi Wladimir

    Thanks for your reply but what i need is to implement this under our websites dashboards of buyer vendor and admin.

    What i think it does is that for e.g the vendor needs to go to his mangopay dashboard to see how much money he has received, or to withdraw wallet amount to bank account and to view his/her transactions whereas we want him to be able to do all this in his dashboard on our site.

    Hope that clarifies my query.

    Hi,

    This is possible with the Mangopay API but not with our plugin. Our plugin doesn’t offer the whole range of features of our API.
