Need WP Page to link to outside URL

Can someone please tell me how to make a newly created page on the most upper menu on my blog https://www.SantaClaritaRealEstateVideos.com (Amazing Grace), link to an outside URL (like a different website)? I feel like this should be a simple enough task, but it’s casuing a lot of head aches. I read there was a plug in or two for this, but I didn’t understand how to use them – I did upload them and activate them, but then disabled them since, and I don’t think one of them even worked with my theme…Any and all help is appreciated! Thank you.
