    As you can see, 2 messages (the 3rd was sent 3 days ago, but off our web pc, and not my email.)

    Yes, I did get it on the 21st, but what sucks is the amount of times I had to reach out and contact you.

    As you see in my link about
    May 5th (our planned ‘live’ date was that weekend)
    May 13th (1 week later)
    May 16th (3 days later)

    It took two messages on here and probably that 4th message for me to finally get it ??

    sometimes we send zip files, but due the fact that zip file is not accepted by the mail system of that client, we never know about that, and client waits thinking that we didn’t send anything.

    Odd, I’m surprised that with Cryptolock (and its variants) out there that anyone accepts zip files via email anymore.
