Needlessly rewrites links

So a link like <a href="#use-js"> becomes <a href="https://www.example.com/sub-page/#use-js"> in the source code, and breaking JavaScript, so that the content author and website developer will be taking off guard and loose hours of development time. I love when plugins do this.
