    Hi there!

    Is Team SiteGround eventually going to address this bot issue via this plugin?

    SiteGround has invested time and effort to develop and release this plugin, yet customers who have purchased Cloudflare via SiteGround still don’t have access to Cloudflare’s feature “Super Bot Fight Mode”.

    Cloudflare Support has clearly indicated the issue lies with SiteGround, not them, in order to activate “Super Bot Fight Mode” for SiteGround customers.

    As part of your security concerns, can you guys address (and fix) the above issue — and also advise if your plugin will eventually provide the same level of bot protection offered by Cloudflare?

    Ideally not. That’s something that should work on a service level. That’s a PHP plugin, if the bot reaches our checks it has already caused the load it shouldn’t have caused. Our Antibot AI does a pretty good job at catching those and we plan on expanding its functionality.
