Negative balance + non-stop sending compliments

    How can I stop users going into negative balance?
    2 extreme issues:

    1: I used mycred hooks, selcted -10 per compliment and the user can send as many compliments as he wants – balance goes into negative, there is no stop.

    2: Also, even if I limit the amount of compliments per day then yes points wont be deducted or added anymore according to the limit BUT the user can still send the compliments, and these compliments show up in the compliments tab. So, in other words its like there is no restriction at all (restriction for points maybe but no restriction for sending compliments which makes the whole point of having restriction completely pointless).

    Any chance you have a look at it? ??

    Thank you for contacting us,

    1) If you have set a negative value in compliments let’s say -10 then in that scenario, the user’s balance will go into negative. We don’t have any option to prevent users’ balance to go negative.

    2) We cannot stop the user from sending compliments. We are only awarding points to the user and set a limit for getting points per day, per week, or per month. We are using the functionality provided by BuddyPress Compliments plugin to reward users with points.
