Negative Margin Column Block Workaround

Hello,

What is your recommended plugin or workaround for implementing a negative margin on a column block? I’m brand new to WordPress and realized I want a column block to have a negative margin, but Gutenberg editor doesn’t allow this. Elementor seems complicated to import/export if you already have a WordPress theme you like. Other recommended free plugins I’ve found seem out of date.

Any simple solutions for a beginner are welcome. Thank you very much in advance.
