negative net sales result

  • As regards the gift card, I’ve a negative net sales result . In fact, this happens when a customer makes a purchase with a gift voucher and there’s a balance (vat+shipping costs) left on the card. How can you explain that ? Thanks a lot for your answer

    I was able to reproduce a negative amount on the sales report in our tests. It matched the tax amount exactly so it looks like that is the source of the issue. We will update this thread when we have more information and a fix.
