Thanks for the quick response. I am running the most recent version. The Plugin does reduce the prices when negotiated rates are selected however still not to the correct amount.

How you can see in the response from UPS API the negotiated rates have been added to the services, for example:

<NetSummaryCharges>
<GrandTotal>
<CurrencyCode>GBP</CurrencyCode>
<MonetaryValue>3.93</MonetaryValue>

UPS API is sending the negotiated rates from their system and we can do nothing more with it. If you claim that the negotiated should be different, please contact UPS Support by sending them a request and response from the checkout and your authentication data.
