    my WordPress website request is missing the?Negotiated Rates Indicator?parameter to get the discounted rates from API.?

    Hi @boazpeled, thanks for reaching out.

    Indeed, our plugin does support Negotiated Rates.

    The issue might be related to a theme you are currently using in your store. To check if there is no conflict, please temporarily install and enable Storefront the official WooCommerce theme, and see if the problem persists. 

    Alternatively, the problem may be related to some other plugin used in the shop. 

    Please disable plugins which are not ours or the WooCommerce itself.?Then please enable plugins one by one,?deleting cache, and check if the problem still occurs.

    In order not to influence potential customers with your actions,?you can use the so-called staging. This is a secure 1:1 copy of the site, intended for testing and invisible to customers. Many web hosts provide this feature. If your web host does not offer this, then you can use the free WP Staging plugin.

    After checking the above, please?let me know about the outcome.

    first of all i really appreciate your help, but unfortunately i still didn’t find the problem,

    how come i don’t have in my plugin setting any check box to “enable negotiated rates”

    No worries. Our team is here to help. If you don’t see the Negotiated Rates checkbox it, then either you’re using another plugin that’s not UPS Shipping for WooCommerce – Live Rates and Access Point. Or a 3rd party theme/plugin is affecting how our plugin is displayed to you.

    The WordPress and Woo ecosystem is designed in such a way that all plugins and themes, of which there are more than 60,000, can affect each other. If they are not created to the highest programming standards, then they will cause errors.

    Therefore, please follow the troubleshooting steps described in the previous message.

    Once you finish, please tell us about the outcome.

    thank you, problem solved .

    another question: when enabling the free shipping over certain amount, can i limit it to just the ups standard shipment, so other “express” options not available ?

    Hi @boazpeled,

    You could create two UPS Live Rates shipping methods, select UPS Standard in one in the Services settings and Express in the other. Then when managing the free shipping settings, set it to only one of these methods.
