Neighborhoods reordering

Hello,

It would be very helpful if there was an option to manually re-order neighborhoods. It seems currently the only option is “alphabetic order”, so if I want to manually re-order neighborhoods (e.g. make a neighborhood go first) I need to change its name to start with a number, or a punctuation sign or something like this.
