Neither export nor import finishes

Hello, I am running Ubuntu 15.10 on digital ocean.
I used Docker to install WordPress, up to date as of today.
The URL is https://107.170.126.188:8081/.
I have attempted to import/export from the current setup. Neither is completing. After uploading the .wpress file, it hangs at “Unpacking Archive…”.Please help!
