    Thanks for posting this separately.

    Just to confirm, when you go to WooCommerce → Settings → Square → Update tab then click “Sync now”, are you getting any alerts that sync has failed on that same screen?

    If there are such alerts, we kindly ask that you share with us the latest Square logs by going to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and clicking the dropdown to view the latest Square logs.

    Huh thought i had sent this. Yes eventually there is a failed error when i try to sync manually.

    I thiknk my log is too long because i keep getting a error.Error: Your reply cannot be empty.

    While investigating the provided gist, I was not able to come across a second occurrence of the phrase “Error: Your reply cannot be empty”. Kindly clarify further where that is displayed, please.

    Product descriptions are in the area of ~600 characters, so that’s not the issue; since the limit is at 4095 characters.

    What’s interesting is that the issue reported in the other thread is about variable products. Just to clarify, the issue you are referring to, on your store, is about variable products as well. Correct?

    Furthermore, kindly note that the issue was reported a few months ago in the other thread, therefore whatever pre-released plugin version was shared there is already implemented in the latest, stable, one your store has active.

    If you have unnecessary blank variations in your Square products, they will cause syncing issues. Primary this will show up as not seeing the variations on your website front end, or variations not having the proper information (eg. missing a sku).

    In Square, there should only ever be one blank line on your products, that is the last line. Any other blank lines will need to be removed from the Square product. Once that is done, manually check the item in WooCommerce as well and manually remove any extra variations there.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then click the Copy for support button.?You can either paste it in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.

    Furthermore, kindly go ahead with installing the WP Crontrol plugin. This plugin allows you to see upcoming Crons, as well as allowing you to run these Crons before they were scheduled to run.
