Nested Accordions don’t open and close properly

If you look when I open the parent the two children shoudl not be open and they both are. Then the logic is just screwy as it closes the parent sometimes, they other times the other. Not sure if this is a bug or how i implemented it. I created a new parent accordion then used the / command to create a new accordion.
Also I sent an email is there a way to change the default color and settings on this plug in so I don’t have to do it with every new accordion I create?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Just FYI I notice the following when I do a / in the parent to add the child

It has two different green accordion menu to choose from, what is the right one to choose?
It does not seem to matter what one I choose both are having the same issues but one (full accordion one really looks weird in the Gutenberg editor
