Net and gross sales values in report are the same

    Hi there,
    it looks that this is going a while now so I am not sure if there is an option or panel configure, but I didnt find anything in the options.
    When I look at the WC report dashboard (via statistic) the sales report shows in gross or net the same values. so on the top left, as it is declared ‘gross sales, is the same value as in th right to, as it is here declared net sales.
    I checked it there is an option to change or add the values that I consider to be GROSS, but there arent any…
    Sames goes for the column in the list below that lists my orders – the gross sales in the column is correct, while the diagram when I hover with my mouse, shows a different value – however this values is also labelled ‘gross sales’…

    what am I missing?

    Hey,

    I’ve tried to replicate this but I wasn’t able to. I encourage you to run a conflict test for now as described below:

    It’s best to use a staging site during testing to avoid any issues with the live one.

    If the above suggestion doesn’t work, please share the System Statu Report with us. This can be found under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > System Status.
