I have Net Sales in Overview ($12,982) that does not match Net Sales under Products($13,274). Revenues Gross Sales is ($13,479) Total Sales is ($12,982).

When I filter the analytics to two products that we have I have Net Sales of $13,332.00.

I also have sales starting in March. I’m looking at them on the Analytics Orders page. When I download the report from the orders page I only have starting in April. No March orders.

    What is happening here?

I do not have plugins that would impact sales statistics of WooCommerce.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi, @inlandempireaaconvention!

First of all, apologies for the delayed reply here.

Second, please try regenerating the Analytics data. You can do that by following these steps:

    1. Go to Analytics > Settings in your dashboard.
    2. Scroll down to the “Import Historical Data” section and click the “Start” button.

That may take some time to import. You don’t need to remain on the page. It’s fine to leave and come back later.

Once the import has completed, check the Analytics reports again to see if the data is correct now. If it still isn’t, then go back to Analytics > Settings. This time, delete the previously imported data:

Once it’s gone, then run the import tool again. This will give a fresh, complete data set to work with.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
