NetCam failing to display

Hi.

I’m trying to display a few netcams:

https://www.earthcam.com/usa/newjersey/seasidepark/?cam=seasidepark

https://www.sicbp.com/web-cam.htm

But I cannot get them to display even when I plug the URLs into the string.

[netcam-live url=”https://www.earthcam.com/usa/newjersey/seasidepark/?cam=seasidepark/snapshotJPEG?Resolution=640×480&Quality=Clarity” refresh=”2000″ width=”100%”]

[netcam-live url=”https://www.sicbp.com/web-cam.htm/snapshotJPEG?Resolution=640×480&Quality=Clarity” refresh=”2000″ width=”100%”]

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong ?
