NetSol “Upgraded” and my site is now down:

    After what they call a “Major Upgrade” my site went down. Still trying to make sure it isn’t an issue I might have introduced at as it went down while I was in the admin pages. bleh.

    No errors reported, but index.php comes up blank. A View Source shows nothing…

    phpinfo() used to show PHP v4.4.1 and now shows v4.3.1, which makes me suspicious. Could that be the issue?

    PS Currently default page is a sitedown.html I just put in… Just type in index.php and you’ll see what I mean.

    Hmmm.

    Well, I started a ticket with them, arm-wrestled over whether this was ‘valid’ (not a wordpress issue), blah-blah-blah.

    Finally got them to escalate based on the changed version (downgrade) of PHP and a few hours later it’s working.
