Network Admin and main blog are blank pages
-
I have searched carefully and tried the solutions offered but none have been successful. When I attempt to go to Network Admin I get a plain white screen. Same problem when I try to go to the main blog site. All the other sites function normally.
All plugins have been deactivated by creating an empty plugins folder and renaming the actual plugin folder without success.
I’ve tried the changes to wp-config, htaccess and wp-admin which have been suggested without success.
I don’t know how to switch the theme to 2010 without access to the main blog or Network Admin. I’ve tried switching to it on the sub-blogs without success.
The problem with Network Admin began about a week ago. The problem with the main blog has existed for a month or so.
This multisite has been hosted on IIS for quite a while without these problems. PHP is version 5.xx. I installed an error log a few days ago and this is the only error I’ve gotten: “[20-Jun-2011 13:55:44] Undeclared entity warning at line 374, column 8”. I have absolutely no idea what that means, how to fix it or where to look for it.
If suggestions are offered, please be very specific in what I should do and how to do it as this stuff is all way over my head.
Thank you.
