Network Admin Settings

I am in step 5 of https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum/multisite#postform

Here it says that a new tab is visible: My Sites – This is correct
It also says and shows that under ‘My Sites’ should be a ‘Network Admin’, but this is not the case.

How do I change things to also display the ‘Network Admin’ tab?
