Network admin -> sites shows 3x the same site

  • After installing the latest WP version I have the following problem with my multisite installation.

    Under “My sites -> Network admin -> sites”, the list of sites should appear (3 in total) but now this option shows 3x the same site.

    When I visit one of the other 2 sites I can go to the dashboard for that site, but I still get to see the same site 3x under “My sites -> Network admin -> sites”, but now 3x the last site I visited.

    Unfortunately it is not possible to go to the dashboard of my sites in the normal way, for example, I have to visit the exact site first and only then I have the option to visit the dashboard of that site…

    Sorry for the late reply. I’ve not observed similar behavior on my network, which makes me think a theme or plugin is altering admin bar behavior. Try deactivating all plugins and switching to the twentytwenty theme. Be sure no caching either local or server side is influencing what you now see. You should see individual sites again. Narrow down the cause by restoring themes and plugins, one at a time, until the problem recurs.

    Today I logged in to follow your advice and everything was back to normal when I went back to my theme..
