Network Error 0x2ee2

I realize that I am a “Computer Dummy” but any help will be greatly appreciated. I am now unable to use the visual button and am getting the following two (2) error msgs:

‘tinymce’ is undefined

Have tried Microsoft for help on this and on the IE11 issues but they do not know what is going on either (am using Win10).

I am unable to save. Any Help will be GREATLY appreciated.
