Network + feed manager: missing country, error saving

    Hi,
    I’m trying to use your module in a network-activated environment.

    I do not see:
    – channer manager (only Google is active now)
    – there are no countries to choose from (the “select” is not visible)
    – I get an error saving – please see https://ibb.co/zVRXnzG

    When you install the plugin in a multisite enviroment you need to follow the next steps.

    1. Install the plugin in the multi-site network admin mode (so not in any specific website) but do not activate it here.
    2. Then switch to the specific website admin page from where you want to use the plugin and activate it there. (So you’re using the Activate option and not the Network Activate option)
