Networks in Network

Hi!
I have a Network site at https://www.bloghome.se – with 3 child sites in that Network. One of those sites is a recipe site, https://www.bloghome.se/blogg/middagsmaten/ Kind of a supportsite to a Facebook club with 3 000 members. What I wanna do is to offer members the opportunity to start their own recipe sub-blog as a part of “middagsmaten” and not the main site https://www.bloghome.se
How can i solve this..?
