Networksite Move to Individual SIte

I currently have Multisite setup (network) of a few differ themes. Each have there own plugins, pages, posts, etc. If I wanted to move one of them at some point to their own domain, would it be as simple as moving over all the plugins and exporting the content from the tools section? Cause I have a feeling I would have to move the database some hoe cause that has the main settings. All thoughts and help on the manner will be greatly appreciated.
