I suspect the problem is that the album name is a number.

I could reproduce it on my dev site.

This is the issue: You enabled ‘Album names in urls’ in
Photo Alben -> Einstellungen -> Grundlegende Einstellungen -> Links -> I -> Item 2: Albumnamen in URLs

Because enabling this does not prevent the use of album ids (numbers) – enabling does not imply mandatory – the numbers are interpreted as album ids, and the referred albums do not exist. Since a recent update, referring to a non-existent album this way is interpreted as referring to a deleted album because this can happen when an old link is used and the album has been deleted in the mean time.

So, fixing it is not a simple thing, but i will try to provide a trick to prevent this unexpected behaviour.

For the time being: untick the Albumnamen in URLs box.
