[Neve] My website is not showing with updated Elementor

    Hi There,

    My site is broken with the error as same as in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/latest-version-of-the-plugin-throws-an-error-with-wordpress-5-5-1/. (Premium Addons for Elementor Version: 4.10.36)

    I updated the Elementor version from 2.9.9 to 3.22.3 and the new error prompted. It is likely to be compatibility issue between Neve theme and the updated Elementor.

  • Hi there,

    I’ve tried replicating this with the latest versions of Neve, Elementor and Premium Addons for Elementor but everything worked well.

    On a simple check, it looks like you have a very old version of Neve 2.6.6 while the latest version is 3.8.9.

    As we can’t provide support for older versions, I suggest you upgrade Neve first.

    Thanks Rodica. The website is back after updating Neve version. Seems the page was frozen for a long time. Appreciate your help!
