Neve Options and Customizer not working

    Hello,

    New Neve user here and seem to be having the same issue with Neve Options not loading that a lot of other folks are experiencing.

    I’ve tried all the tricks; cleared cache, saved permalinks, toggled plugins, reverted versions of Neve. The last one did help with the customizer but not Options page.

    This is for a client so I do not have access to the codebase or phpmyadmin. If there isn’t an easy solve for this we’ll unfortunately be looking for a different theme to use.

    I’ve since figured out based on some of our errors that this may be an issue with permissions or hosting hence why they often suggest changing the permalink option in hopes for clearing the .htacess file. I’ve raised the issue with my client in hopes for fixing this.
