neve options not loading, customizer not working

    hi,

    i have a fresh wordpress installation, no plugins added yet, and freshly installed neve.

    neve options page is not loading. i already searched this forum for answers but up to now nothing i found helped.

    browser console is saying: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

    customizer does not work either – it says i don’t have the rights to customize this page?!?

    can you help, please? what can i do now to work with neve?

    okay, answering to myself – in case anyone will come here with the same problem:

    -> the problem actually was related to cookies in browser. after deleting all cookies, everything worked fine.
