Neve Options not showing

    Hi,

    I installed Neve Version: 2.7.4 free version (pro – after completing the testing). The issue is ‘Neve Options’ are not showing in Appearance >> Neve Options. It’s showing a blank page, also I couldn’t import starter sites from Themes > Neve intro > ‘Try one of our ready to use Starter Sites’. Its also showing a blank page. I tried by deactivating all other plugins. Yet the result is the same. In the localhost, it’s working fine. Is this page is available in pro version only? Or is there any settings missing? Pls, help.

    Can you take a look at the browser console and see if there are any errors? You can do that by right-clicking on the page and then clicking Inspect.

    Let me know what appears there.

    Also, please make sure you are up-to-date with the latest WordPress core release.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. The problem is in WordPress and PHP version. My hosting team helped me to update it to latest version. Now it’s working fine. Thank you for your support.
