Neve Pro issue

    Hi, I’m having a problem with the pro license.
    Yesterday I uprgaded the themes version and now the neve pro addon plugin is asking me to insert again my license, but when I do that, it gives me back this error message:
    ERROR: Invalid license provided.

    I didn’t buy the pro version, my client did so I don’t have an account on your site.

    Unfortunately we need the license to check what is going wrong and that can’t be provided publicly. If you don’t have access to that account, you can open a pre-sales ticket on our site and add the link to this thread in your message.
