Neve Sub Sub Dropdown Menu

I am transferring a website from another hosting company that is closing down to my wordpress host. I have no experience of Neve but on my staging version the Neve Sub Sub menu on the Shop dropdown is not displaying whereas it does on the the old host – https://seaboardcentre.com/

I have trawled your documentation but can’t work out whether this site is using the free version or the pro version or whether even sub sub menus are standard on Neve Primary menu.

Also it is using a Child theme but don’t understand why if it is using the same version of wordpress, theme versions, plugins and php version why there are differences in the display of the dropdown sub sub.

Any advice/guidance or pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.
