Neve theme change Text of “Read more” and also change button background

    Hello i started the journey to the WordPress ecosystem and chosen the Neve theme.
    Everything is just great, i have created a first “draf” and just about everything is just i imagined except 2 small issues .
    All these are “inside” the PostGrid element and the pulled posts
    1st i can’t find how to change the “Read more” to the equivelant of my language.
    2nd …now this is strange , the button of “Read more” has background that follows the text and so when i try to change it e.g to transparent the text vanishes.
    Any ideas?

    I can inform that i resolved it
    It was an option in Elementor that the button of “read more” is “turned off”
    When i turn it ON it revealed the Text part and also gave control on manipulating it.
