Neve Theme Footer and Header Not Customizing

Exactly, i am also using Neve theme due to it’s speed.

I am also facing lots of problems with Header, Footer and Custom Layouts.

Please make sure you use the latest version of the theme(version 3.0.1). Also, the issue could be caused by a plugin conflict. Please try to backup your site, deactivate all plugins, then reactivate them one by one so you will be able to check which one could cause the issue and replace it with an alternative plugin.

The theme is up to date and I have already tried deactivating all plugins and my issue has not changed. Please let me know what I can try next.

Can you please provide us with the information gathered after performing the below steps?
?1) Create another user for your website and see if that user can use the customizing features.
?2) Please enable wp debugging and paste the errors found in the thread.
?3) Please let us know the environment settings (PHP version, Theme Version)
?4) Please provide a screencast when trying to edit your website (if there is no sensitive information)
?5)Try and edit the website and open Dev Tools to see if any errors appear. (In chrome you would Right Click on the page and select “Inspect” then click on the Console tab. Errors should appear there if any)
